Planning is very important as your order passes through different stages. This is why we ask for order confirmation and give a deadline for final decisions on design and color/size. If you need more time, we will follow the schedule you specify.
Production stages take place in 9 steps:
01. Design
Full Custom: You can create your own completely unique designs from scratch using our templates.
Semi-private: You can choose one of our ready-made designs and customize it.
02. Sponsor Logos
Files in vector format such as AI or EPS from programs such as Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw can be used for logos. If your logo is not vector or you don't have any logos, we can design a logo for an additional fee.
03. Colors
Kipeo offers you a wide color catalog. We provide you this catalog on fabric. Please keep in mind the effect of fabric and printing feature on color, the possibility of slight variation. In special cases, we can produce for you using PMS colors.
04. Price Study
First of all, pattern design approvals, models and quantities are known, and finally the pricing stage is started. A signed price study and pattern design study will be required before production begins. In addition, 50% prepayment must also be made.
05.Dimensions
Our size charts are sent to cyclists to ensure that the sizes fit. Measurements include selected products in different sizes. The size chart can only be provided to customers in Turkey.
06. Production
Production starts after all necessary approvals are received. The products are completely completed at our production site in Turkey. The production of tool orders is completed in 2 weeks.
07. Payment
The remaining 50% of the fee must be paid when production is complete.
08. Cargo
After your products are packed one by one, they are packed and shipped by cargo.
09. Warranty
Kipeo provides 1 year warranty for sewing defects caused by production, excluding wear and tear.
